Tea has been long associated with wellbeing. In many parts of the world, tea was drunk as a medicine. Recent researches show tea contains antioxidant and many other nutrients.

Tea (camellia sinensis) does contain caffeine. It is what gives tea its stimulating effect. Unlike coffee, its level of caffeine is much lower. Compared with a regular cup of coffee, black tea has about half of the level of caffeine and oolong and green tea have even less.

If caffeine is a concern, disgard the first brew as it contains most caffeine. Our herbal and fruit infusions are good alternatives.
